When it’s dull and miserable outside, our Holy Cross nursing home residents know exactly what’s needed to chase the blues away.
A little bit of fairground fun always brings out the sunniest of smiles as well as keeping fingers nimble.
With Whack A Mole and the fishing game set up, our residents soon had their eyes on the prize to get the highest score.
“It’s great fun, but we all get a bit competitive, too,” laughed Kathleen. “We have to remind ourselves that it’s not the winning that matters but the taking part.”
