Relaxation and friendly chats cheer up a chilly day

An aromatherapy hand massage was just the thing to cheer up a chilly winter’s morning for our residents living in St Catherine’s nursing home in Newcastle.

Our Wellbeing co-ordinator, Zaeley regularly provides one-to-one support to our residents, visiting them in their rooms for a cosy chat and a feel-good pamper.

“What a lovely start to the day,” said Ann after her soothing treatment. “It’s a real treat.”

Our Wellbeing co-ordinators offer a varied programme of one-to-one room visits and group activities, many tailored to our residents’ individual choices.

“I’m looking forward to joining in with the book club, too,” added Ann.

Everyone will be pleased to give you a warm welcome, Ann.
